Julia Fiona Roberts born to Betty Lou Bredemus (mother) and Walter Grady Roberts on October 28 the 28th of October, 1967. Julia Fona Roberts is the fourth generation Roberts who reside in Atlanta. Her father's passion for theatre was inherited by her. in theater from a young time. When he was a student at Emory University he appeared in various productions both in and outside of campus. He joined the Air Force in 1953. During his time stationed in Biloxi Mississippi, was cast in the military's production, which featured Betty Lou Bredemus who was as well in the air force. In 1955, they got married and their son Eric Anthony was born. The couple divorced in 1957. the Air Force and Walter began his studies in Tulane University in New Orleans Louisiana. Walter began working for Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio in 1960. Walter and Betty Lou began producing a children's television program in Georgia, Decatur called Bum Bum and His Buddies. They financed the production their own. In 1964 Betty Lou and Walter founded their own organization called the Actors and Writers Workshop. It ran for six years. They also had Lelisa Billingsley (also known as Lisa) as well as Julia (also known as Julie) in this time.
